Returns & Exchanges:
You may exchange or return your order within 30 days for a full refund. All shipping costs (including original shipping charges) related to a return are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong, Defective or Damaged Items:
If we shipped you the wrong item, we apologize for our mistake. We will pay for the return shipping as well as the shipment of the replacement. Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number and return postage.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number and return postage within 30 days of receipt. We will replace the damaged item or refund your full purchase price, upon receipt of the damaged or defective item.

When returning goods, please use a service that allows you to track your shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return shipment. We recommend that you use registered post to ensure safe delivery. Please include your order number, name, address, phone number and return authorization number.
All items must be returned in brand new and saleable condition.
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. In the event that an item is not immediately available, we will contact you before processing your order. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us prior to placing your order to verify that the item you need is available and can be delivered by the required date.
The $5.99 "Ground Mail Flat Rate" shipping option is usually fulfilled through USPS Priority Mail, but depending on the size or weight of the order, may be filled by a more economical service. The average delivery time for this service is 3-5 business days.
